The beat that started it all
My drumming journey truly began in my dad's car, captivated by the rhythms of bands like The Police, Queen, and Fleetwood Mac on the way to school. That early exposure ignited a spark, leading to my first drum kit around the age of 12 and private drum lessons. It was there I discovered the thrill of rhythm, the nuance of different genres, and the endless possibilities of drumming styles. This foundational experience shaped my passion for music and my desire to create impactful drum parts for artists like you.

What makes Drumbeat Session the right choice for your project? I bring a wealth of live performance experience across diverse genres. I've played in lively functions bands, tribute acts like "Lack Of Commitments" (Commitments tribute) and "Born Again Beatles," and currently rock with my party band, "The Brightsides".
For many years, I've also been a member of my local church's worship team, where I honed my ability to play dynamically, building intensity into epic choruses alongside incredibly talented musicians.
I started teaching private drum lessons in 2020 and have built up a regular client base over the years, I also teach drums, keys and guitar in primary schools part time and really enjoy inspiring the next generation of musicians.
